The following deadlines for abstract submission are foreseen:

• Abstracts for oral communications: Sunday May 20, 2018 Sunday June 3, 2018
  Notification: Monday June 18, 2018 Monday June 25, 2018
• Abstracts for posters: Sunday September 16, 2018
  Notification: Monday September 24, 2018
• Abstracts for software demo: Sunday September 16, 2018
  Notification: Monday September 24, 2018
• Abstracts for late posters: Sunday October 7, 2018
  Notification: Friday October 12, 2018

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations and for software demo accepted for the event will be included in the proceedings. Abstracts for late posters could be included in the proceedings after the event, due to time constrains.
All works presented at the event will be invited to submit for a Special Issue on an International peer-review journal with IF. See the proceedings page
