The following deadlines for abstract submission are foreseen:

• Abstracts for oral communications: New extended deadline: July 15, 2019
• Abstracts for posters: New extended deadline: September 27, 2019
• Abstracts for late posters: October 31, 2019

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations accepted for the event will be included in the proceedings. Abstracts for late posters could be included in the proceedings after the event, due to time constrains.
All works presented at the event will be invited to submit for a Special Issue on an International peer-review journal with IF. See the proceedings page
