Publication in the Book of abstracts

Accepted abstracts, both for oral communications and for posters, will be considered for the publication in the book of abstracts of the event, that will be made available to participants only: it won’t be published in the web site.
No Copyright form or permission is required for the publication of abstracts, since the book of abstracts won’t be an official publication.

Post-workshop publication

The PeerJ ‘Reproducibility, Standards and SOP in Bioinformatics’ Workshop Collection is being populated with abstracts selected for the workshop. These are included in the collection as Preprints.
Authors are invited to submit full papers from works presented at the workshop either to PeerJ or PeerJ Computer Science journals. When accepted, these papers will also be included in the workshop collection.
