The EU COST Action CHARME will support selected researchers working at institutions from the countries that have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of CHARME (see list here below) by reimbursing their travel and accommodation costs.
In order to be taken into account for reimbursement, interested researchers must submit their abstract within the deadline for oral communications (July 15, 2016), even if they are submitting an abstract for a poster.
The Scientific Committee will then notify the selected participants.
Reimbursement will be carried out after the workshop through the eCOST on-line service.
