\nCANCELLATION POLICY<\/a><\/strong>
\nCancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat (stella@meeting-planner.it<\/a>).
\nWithin September 8, 2016<\/b>: 100% refund of the hotel deposit (except for an administrative charge of \u20ac 25,00 and the booking fee of \u20ac 18,00).
\nNo refund will be made for cancellation received after that date, late arrival or no-show.<\/b>
