{"id":199,"date":"2014-02-18T10:09:25","date_gmt":"2014-02-18T10:09:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.igst.it\/nettab\/2014\/?page_id=199"},"modified":"2019-11-26T10:13:34","modified_gmt":"2019-11-26T09:13:34","slug":"instructions-for-authors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.igst.it\/nettab\/2019\/submissions\/instructions-for-authors\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructions for authors"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"right\"><a href=\"javascript:window.print()\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Click to print this page\" src=\"\/nettab\/2015\/files\/2014\/12\/printButton.png\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Submissions are welcome for oral communications and posters.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Abstracts must be submitted through <strong>EasyChair<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=nettabbcc2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this link<\/a> for the proper evaluation.<br \/>\nAccepted abstracts must then be revised and resubmitted for inclusion in the Proceedings.<br \/>\nNo Copyright form or permission is required for abstracts, since proceedings won&#8217;t be officially published.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Authors of all works presented at the workshop will be invited to a Call for full papers that will select best scientific contributions from the event for a Special Issue in an International Journal with IF.<\/p>\n<p><b>Instructions for authors of abstracts<\/b><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">Abstracts must be submitted as PDF, MS Word (both .doc and .docx), or Open Document (.odt). Use the following page style:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>page size: A4; all margins: 2cm; paragraphs justified; single line spacing<\/li>\n<li>font: Arial (or Helvetica); sizes: title 14pts; authors&#8217; names 11pts; affiliations 10pts; section headings 12pts; body text 11pts; bibliography 10pts<\/li>\n<li>length: max four pages for oral communications and two pages for posters<\/li>\n<li>sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions (omit for posters), References<\/li>\n<li>tables and figures: include one per type, only when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An <strong><a href=\"\/nettab\/2016\/files\/2016\/05\/NETTAB2016_shortTemplateForAbstracts.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">example file of the resulting format<\/a><\/strong> is available.<br \/>\n<strong>Templates<\/strong> for <strong><a href=\"\/nettab\/2016\/files\/2016\/05\/NETTAB2016_shortTemplateForAbstracts.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MS Word<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"\/nettab\/2016\/files\/2016\/06\/Latex-template-abstract-NETTAB.txt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LaTeX<\/a><\/strong> (renamed as txt for security reasons) are available.<\/p>\n<p><b>Instructions for the preparation of posters<\/b><br \/>\nThe maximum poster size is <strong>A0<\/strong> in <strong>portrait<\/strong> format.<br \/>\nNote that posters will be displayed on a limited number of panels: it is <strong>essential<\/strong> that all <strong>posters are printed in the appropriate format<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Presenters are invited to attend their poster when possible and to leave their contact information near to the poster.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submissions are welcome for oral communications and posters.
