From “Falcone-Borsellino” Airport to city centre (Piazza Castelnuovo) you can use the following transport options. The airport is situated 35 km northwest of Palermo.

• By Bus Shuttle:

The “Prestia e Comande” bus operates on daily basis on the route between the Piazza Castelnuovo and the airport.  The journey takes about 40 min. The bus leaves every 30 minutes. Tickets sold at the airport or online. More info at http://www.prestiaecomande.it/

• By Taxy:

From “Falcone-Borsellino” Airport to city centre (Piazza Castelnuovo)  the average fare is 40 EUR. From/to CNR Headquarters the average fare is 35 EUR.

• By Free Bus Shuttle:

The organization will make a free shuttle available to participants from the city centre (Piazza Castelnuovo) to CNR Headquarters and vice-versa.
