The following list includes hotels which have a limited number of rooms at an agreed rate for participants in the workshop and related events. These hotels are all at a walking distance from the workshop venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat (stella@meeting-planner.it).
Within September 8, 2016: 100% refund of the hotel deposit (except for an administrative charge of € 25,00 and the booking fee of € 18,00).
No refund will be made for cancellation received after that date, late arrival or no-show.
Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the workshop dates.
