Three sponsorships classes have been defined with different opportunities. The logo and name of the company will be reported on the conference web site for all sponsorship classes, along with a link to the company web site.

Class A

• Welcome message in the opening session
• Company name/logo on all promotional material of the event (website, poster, programme, leaflet)
• Advertising materials distributed to all attendees in the conference kit
• One (1) exhibition desk with strategic placement for maximum visibility
• Free registration(s) for up to two delegates
• Distribution of promotional gadgets at the registration desk

Class B

• Company name/logo on all promotional material of the event (website, poster, programme)
• Advertising materials distributed to all attendees in the conference kit
• One (1) exhibition space or desk
• Free registration(s) for one delegate

Class C

• Company name/logo on all promotional material of the event (website, poster, programme)
• One (1) exhibition space or desk

Further sponsorships opportunities that will be quoted on demand
The following opportunities foresee the payment of all costs associated to the sponsor option chosen:

• Sponsor a keynote talk or a scientific session: the talk/session will be nominated according to the company and a delegate of the company will be allowed to welcome the speaker/session (subject to agreement by the speaker)
• Sponsor a tutorial teacher or a tutorial session: the tutorial talk/session will be nominated according to the company and a delegate of the company will be allowed to welcome the teacher (subject to agreement by the tutor)
• Sponsor a coffee or lunch break: acknowledgement in the Program Book and online; welcome greetings by a company delegate
• Sponsor a poster session: dedication of the session and welcome greetings by a company delegate
• Sponsor a social activity (dinner or visit): acknowledgement in the Program Book and online; welcome greetings by a company delegate
• Sponsor the participation of young researchers giving an oral communication selected by the organization: acknowledgement in the Program Book and online; welcome greetings by a company delegate
• Prizes for best posters: acknowledgement in the Program Book and online; attendance of a company delegate at the prize ceremony
